What you can do now

Read the preparation guidance and contact Ken with general participation enquiries. Public supplier applications and onboarding submissions remain closed. Do not send confidential identity documents by an unsolicited email; a suitable submission process must first be confirmed.

Business identity and authority

Prepare the legal business name, registration details, business address, authorised representatives and evidence of authority to manufacture, distribute or supply the products concerned. Explain who will contract, fulfil orders and provide ongoing support.

Exact products and supporting evidence

Prepare exact models and variants, specifications, manuals, test reports and applicable certification or approval evidence. Evidence should identify the model and configuration it covers; a general brand certificate is not a substitute for model-specific evidence.

Describe warranty terms, claim handling, service locations, spare parts and product change notifications. Keep product photographs and document versions consistent with the proposed listing.

Freight and fulfilment readiness

Prepare packaging details, dimensions, gross and net weights, handling requirements and dangerous-goods information where relevant. Explain dispatch locations, capacity, lead-time assumptions, stock availability and the responsibilities proposed for freight and delivery.

How participation will be reviewed

The planned process is preparation, a controlled submission when available, evidence review, requests for corrections and a recorded participation decision. Registration or preparation does not establish acceptance. Supplier acceptance and individual product listing review are separate decisions.

RRE reviews information and evidence; certification and regulatory approvals remain with the relevant independent bodies and authorities. No acceptance, review timeframe, sales volume or commercial terms are promised.
